Get Help with Self Hypnosis

One of the many myths of hypnosis is that the Hypnotist or Hypnotherapist should have a dominant and strong

personality to be effective. This is often the illusion given

by a Stage Hypnotist. It is simply not true.

The fact is, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. A Hypnotist is

merely a guide. In self-hypnosis, which is also called auto-hypnosis, the individual hypnotizes him or herself, and relays the suggestions desired.

The idea is to feed the subconscious part of the mind positive suggestions,

so that the subconscious mind works for the individual, rather than against

it. It’s an ideal way to promote self-improvement or self-development.

There are many techniques available to induce self-hypnosis. Which

technique is most suitable depends on the individual’s personality and their lifestyle. Once a person is has been hypnotized a number of times, he or she

is usually conditioned. That being the case, self-hypnosis can be done very quickly (in a matter of seconds) and can be used frequently throughout the day.

One of the most effective ways of learning self-hypnosis is during a hypnosis session with a qualified Hypnotist.
